As the title of this video suggests, we are discussing the Board of Investment. The Board of Investment is tasked, mandated if you will, with encouraging investment into Thailand; encouraging technological advancement or I should say investments or technological exchanges; the sort of IP, bringing in new IP, Intellectual Property endeavours here into Thailand; bringing in just all sorts of new business quite honestly into Thailand. And that is BOI's function and we have seen them taking major strides with respect to trying to encourage certain types of business investment activity here in the Kingdom. I think we will probably continue to see that vibrancy going into 2024. In fact I think it's fairly safe to presume that that will be the case.

Again BOI Certification has to be analyzed on a case-by-case basis because there are different sort of subsections of the BOI's rules that may allow for certain concessions depending on the underlying business activity. I don't think that is going to change very much going into 2024 so overall I think things are going to remain largely the same. Those who are looking to get BOI Certification, it is probably a good idea to contact a legal professional, gain some insight and guidance into how best to proceed.
