As the title this video suggests, we are discussing what has recently been proposed or promulgated I should say or announced however you want to look at it, as the 14-day, I don't know how to call it, lock down, expanded lockdown, amended lockdown. Is it not a lockdown; apparently using that term is not exactly PC at the moment. I don't know what you want to call it but basically yeah Bangkok is going into a much more "Locked down state of mind" or state of being if you will. 

I have had a lot of people that have sent me some correspondence; I have talked to some people in person too who basically have said "so is this only going to be for 14 days?" They are basically asking are we sure this is going to be for 14 days? Well in a recent article from the Bangkok Post, I thought there was a small excerpt in there that I thought provided some insight. This is from Bangkok Post, bangkokpost.com, the article is titled: Harsher Virus Curbs on the way. This tiny little excerpt I think says a lot. Quoting directly: "The CCSA agreed that the measures effective from Monday will last for at least 14 days, (at least 14 days) or until the situation eases." So it could be longer, I guess in theory it could be shorter. I think it is probably prudent to presume we are going to be dealing with this for a 14-day minimum here in Bangkok. Yeah it is 14 days for sure. Could it go longer? I think probably it could depending on the circumstances. 

So it remains to be seen. We will certainly keep people updated on this channel as the situation progresses but again just to quote that one more time because I think that quite well encapsulates where things sits. Quoting directly: "The CCSA agreed that the measures effective from Monday will last for at least 14 days or until the situation eases." So hopefully this ends sooner rather than later.
