As the title of this video suggests, we are discussing costs of Thai Companies, Work Permits and Business Visas. Not all of these things are the same but the answer is kind of the same in this video for all of them and I will get into that here in a minute. What one needs to understand is depending on one's particular circumstances, it may or may not behoove that person to do a Business Visa, do a Work Permit, need a company - these types of things. For this reason, it's probably a very good idea to contact a legal professional and really truly gain some insight and guidance into what is best in your specific circumstance. Not a good idea to look for general information, you need to look for information is narrowly tailored to you. 

So that being stated, costs associated with corporate formation, Business Visa and Work Permit acquisition here in Thailand, it's going to depend very much on the individual in question. It is going to depend on the type of business activity one wants to engage in; it's going to depend on the possible job description associated with folks on Work Permits here in Thailand. Meanwhile, Business Visa themselves can have different costs associated with them depending on how they are issued. So again, if they are issued at an Embassy abroad, it's going to change the analysis regarding not only the cost but also documentation needed. If it's a Business Visa, either a conversion or extension occurring here in the Kingdom, again the costs are going to vary depending on the circumstances associated with one's work authorization, one's job description, the underlying corporate sponsor. All of this is going to factor in in the cost estimates associated with obtaining a Business Visa, a Company or a Work Permit here in the Kingdom of Thailand.
