As the title of this video suggests, we are posing the question could procedures associated with corporate or incorporation or company registration here in Thailand, change in 2025.

As a substantive matter, I would say I don't think it's going to fundamentally change in 2025. That being said, there has been a major development roughly in the past 18 months that leads me to believe at least certain aspects of incorporation may change in 2025, most notably the digitization of the process. More and more we are seeing the Thai Government digitizing certain services, certain aspects of different Government bureaucracies. And the Department of Business Development, who is in charge of dealing with incorporation and maintenance of corporate records, are seeing them digitize more and more as time goes on. 

So in the sense that yeah, the underlying procedures for setting up a company here in Thailand aren't exactly changing, the mechanism to execute those procedures is somewhat changing in the form that it's becoming more digitized. I think this trend is going to continue as we get deeper and deeper into 2025 and further into '26 and further on throughout this decade, and we will be keeping you updated on this channel as that situation evolves.
