As the title of this video suggests, we are discussing the US-Thai Treaty of Amity. For those who are unaware, it is possible for an American citizens, notwithstanding the provisions of the Foreign Business Act here in the Kingdom of Thailand, it is possible for those citizens of America or American businesses to do business in Thailand with 100% American ownership pursuant to the terms of the Treaty of Amity namely the fact that American companies are granted "National Treatment" under the terms of said Treaty meaning that said companies will be treated as if they were Thai and therefore it's possible for an American to own those companies 100%. 

The question posed by this video is “do I foresee there being any changes to the process of gaining Amity Treaty Certification going into 2024?” The answer to that question is in my opinion "no, we will probably not see any major changes to the process of certifying an Amity Treaty Company in 2024 here in the Kingdom of Thailand".
