As the title of this video suggests, we are discussing incorporation of a company here in the Kingdom of Thailand. It has recently come to my attention that pursuant to a Royal Decree published here in February of 2023, there are now some new application forms which are being rolled out in connection with incorporation in Thailand. They pertain to registration, Association documentation, documentation associated with dissolution, liquidation, as well as application for certificate and certification of a business in Thailand. Again this is all kind of in a fluid state at the moment but long story short is we are looking at new documentation associated with incorporating a company in Thailand.

For those who are unaware, pursuant to the Foreign Business Act in Thailand, foreign nationals tend to only be allowed to own 49% of a given corporate shareholding, overall shareholding, unless they get for example a Foreign Business License or some sort of other Certification for example under the Board of Investment here in Thailand, or pursuant to the US-Thai Treaty of Amity which pertains to Americans doing business in Thailand. 

So the thing to take away from this video and understand is yeah, it looks like we are going to be dealing with new application forms associated with incorporation of businesses here in the Kingdom of Thailand.
