As the title of this video suggests, we are discussing Company Set up in Thailand, and simultaneous Business Visa and Work Permit processing. 

A lot of folks when they come to us, they ask us, how is this all going to work? In a way, from our perspective we look at it from your perspective as you hire us and then it is sort of one fluid motion from your perspective. For us, we have got to set up a company, we have got to deal with things like getting the company Tax certified, labour certified for purposes of Work Permit, work authorization. Eventually we have to deal with Business Visa and Work Permit issuance but dealing with the initial setup and dealing with the initial documentation associated with things like VAT filing, associated with Social Security filings and things of this nature, all of that sort of runs together in one fluid motion and then at the same time, there are little things that we know how to do - just from years of doing this, sort of learning by practice if you will -  with respect to, oh we can sort of fast-track one thing by basically holding off on filing this until we have done that and it all works together in one fluid motion from your perspective, where the company is set up, you end up with the Work Permit and the visa after basically 6, 8 weeks. At the end of it, it's sort of all done. 

From our perspective it is a number of different processes. As I said, there is not only the company set up you have got to deal with, you have got to deal with tax certification, you have got to deal with social security stuff, issues involving payroll, employees, work authorization and then eventual Business Visa and then Business Visa extension. So the thing to take away from this video is if you are dealing with somebody who knows what they are doing, it should not look like this clunky multi-phases process. It should be somebody you just go to, one stop turnkey if you will.

Now there are various things that we do need from the client. They have to show up at various times throughout the process to get their, for example, deal with getting the Work Permit issued, dealing with getting the Business Visa application on file; there will be a few of those things. But unfortunately a lot of less than reputable folks over here in Thailand operate on a situation where they say, oh they do it sort of piece meal and try to extract the money out of people in these sort of dribs and drabs. I don't like doing that. People that especially are serious about doing business here in Thailand, they want to come to somebody, they want to basically you know say, "hey I need a Company, I need a Work Permit, I need a Visa, I want to get going, what do I need to do?" and basically the answer to that is if you want to, use our service, we get all of those preliminaries set up and all you need to worry is about showing up in a couple of places to get Work Permit and Visa issued and then get on with actually doing your business here in the Kingdom of Thailand.
