As the title of this video suggests, we are discussing Company formation in Thailand and top level domain names. Top level domain names are the domain names oftentimes in a given country that you basically have a domain name for the internet and it is specific to that country. In Thailand we are generally talking about the .co.th domain name although there are folks who often like to use the .in.th domain name as well as others. There are a number of domains specific to Thailand.

Company formation or just owning a Company or a company, the corporate name may have an impact on whether or not you can register a top level domain name. It may be possible to register a TLD on behalf of the Thai Company if it is operational in Thailand. Again it is going to depend on circumstances. There is an underlying registration process, fees associated with it but yeah it is generally possible to maintain a TLD in Thailand for a relatively prolonged period of time, into the foreseeable future so long as your company remains viable, it continues to operate and you continue to pay the fees associated with maintenance of that Company. 

There are a number of international operations that often times like to have a local TLD which again .co.th, denoted specifically for Thailand. Even an international operation sometimes likes to have that. We do oftentimes assist clients, not only with incorporation of companies, but also with registration of domain names here in the Kingdom of Thailand.
