As the title of this video suggests, we are discussing incorporation of a Thai Company in the context of utilizing that Thai Company as a regional hub here in ASEAN, ASEAN being the Association of Southeast Asian Nations which are the countries here in Southeast Asia. They are sort of in a, I would call it a loose union, for lack of a better term, wherein there is some free movement of labour and capital around the region. There are a lot of Visa benefits associated with country membership in ASEAN within this region including certain work authorizations for holders of ASEAN passports. 

The thing to take away from this video, we are talking about incorporating a Thai Company in order to utilize it as a hub to do business throughout greater ASEAN. I see a lot of clients do this, both SMEs as well as bigger enterprises, medium size businesses, large enterprises, I see lots of people, lots of companies who are engaging our services or just getting set up over here generally as a corporate entity here in Thailand. Thailand is in my opinion arguably the best place to set up because of centralized location. I think cost of setting up if you look at it in the aggregate, the cost of doing business and living in Thailand is far lower than many other preferred jurisdictions most notably Singapore, but not calling them out but yeah cost of living is quite a bit lower in Thailand compared to Singapore; oftentimes practical costs of doing business in Thailand as opposed to Singapore can be quite a bit cheaper as well. 

So the thing to take away from this video and the thing to understand is yeah as far as setting up a sort of regional base of operations, my personal opinion is really Thailand can't be beat for those who are looking especially in an SME context, those who are looking to come into ASEAN and set up sort of a regional hub in order to do business within this area of the world.
