As the title of this video suggests, we are discussing Thai Corporate addresses and Virtual Office solutions. We have discussed this in videos in the past but essentially to recap, it is required that those who are doing business in Thailand especially Companies in Thailand, Limited Companies for example which are oftentimes used to sponsor Work Permits for those who are working in Thailand, they need to have a registered Corporate Address.

The requirements associated with making such an address viable for a Company, especially a Company looking to sponsor a Visa and a Work Permit, those requirements can be rather high which is why Virtual Office solutions are often sought by folks who are maintaining a corporate presence here in Thailand and in some cases you have to be rather careful as there are places that offer so-called Virtual Office solutions which may not rise to the level needed in order to maintain Work Permit and Visa status. There is a number of criteria associated with this most notably things like Tax Certification need to be taken into account. For this reason, it is really important that you understand what you are getting in terms of Virtual Office facilities at the time that you for example sign any kind of agreement or you come on board with a specific type of Corporate Domicile.
