Sovereignty Is the Issue in the Battle Against Tax "Stamp-Pimps"?
Transcript of the above video:
I have been talking a lot about Tax "Stamp-Pimps" lately. For those who are unaware, that does have a context in the American legal vernacular. It goes back to the pre-revolutionary days in the United States when the colonists were angry about these people that were coming into their areas and trying to effectively pimp the stamp tax; that's where it comes from. It has legal import especially in American jurisprudence, okay. There's no question about that.
That said, the title of this video pertains to sovereignty. What are we talking about here? Well as discussed in other videos, it looked to me like during the Biden Presidency, which we're now finding out all kinds of weird stuff about, including the fact that apparently everything he did was signed by the so-called auto pen, and we are all aware that this guy's compos mentis was compromised to say the least. And before anybody says that there's anything illegitimate about that statement, go check out the DoJ's own findings regarding the President, where they said he wasn't competent to stand trial, but he was apparently competent to be Chief Executive of the United States, whatever nonsense that is. This is relevant because these policies that I'm going to start talking about, began occurring under what I think was an illegitimate President in the United States, and is having ramifications now all the way out here. What am I talking about?
Well the mushroom chomping Janet Yellen, apparently while she was tripping the life fantastic with President Xi Jinping or somewhere else along the lines, who knows, decided that America needed to be involved in this Global Minimum Tax initiative, and we were going to go ahead and join OECD and all of this good stuff or cooperate with OECD in such a way that effectively our sovereignty was subverted. As we discussed in another video, Mr. Trump thoroughly reversed all of that by Executive Order citing specifically extraterritoriality, which means infringing on the sovereignty of the United States. The same analysis can be used here in Thailand and sovereignty matters are not minor. Quoting directly from actually our website: legal.co.th, in the Resources Section, go over to the Criminal Code, Section 119: "Whoever, does any act with intent to cause the country or any part thereof to descend under the sovereignty of any foreign State, or to deteriorate the independence of the State shall be punished with death or imprisonment for life." Now how is the mitigation of Thai sovereignty on Tax matters, and what I'm talking about here is this OECD plan where foreign countries can say, "hey you can't take this much tax, Thailand, because we say so", how is that not a deterioration of the independence of this country? Now before everybody starts saying, "oh we've had double tax treaties for years", we have but we have stamp-pimps coming in here the last couple of years trying to completely revamp the entire system illegitimately, and they are Interlopers in Thailand; they are operating illegally; they're violating the restricted occupation, and I would make a strong argument they're violating section 119. We are not going to be subject to foreigners’ tax whims in Thailand, period, end of discussion. Any country comes here trying that, Thailand has a recipe for that. Get you out under any means necessary; they've shown that through their history. I view this as a duty at this point. I truly do. A calling.
Thailand has been good to me, very good to me. It has taken care of me; this place became my home and to see foreigners coming here to try through the methods of worm tongue, in The Lord of the Rings series, to come in here with their so "oh, it's just a tweak here and a twee, and a this and a that and it's nothing big." Well it abrogates the Doctrine of Codification which we have talked about at length. Meanwhile, it specifically is designed to place Thailand's sovereignty in a limited capacity within this supranational framework. How is that not an effort to deteriorate our independence here? I'm sick of this and I'm sick of this Op stuff, these people coming in here with their narratives and their operations and all of this nonsense. It needs to end, and it needs to end now.
