The One Thing "Big Joke" and "Big Tor" Seemed to Agree On?

Transcript of the above video:

As the title of this video suggests, we are asking the question, what was something that "Big Tor" and "Big Joke" agreed on? For those who are unaware, "Big Joke" we covered him for a long time on this channel. He got into it roughly last year or the year before roughly, with "Big Tor", General Torsak, General Torsak Sukwimon I believe, and as we have discussed, we are talking about General Surachate Hakparn, also known as "Big Joke". "Big Joke" and "Big Tor", about a year and a half ago or so, there was a big rift within the Thai Police and clearly there is no love lost I don't think between these two, but what's the reason for the video?

Well the reason for the video is it seemed there was one thing those two guys agreed on, and it's something that I think all Thais agree on which is, we don't need any foreigners coming into Thailand messing with our kids. And fundamentally, "Big Joke" really got onto that, and I think it's worth pointing out because I don't know why just in the past day or so I've read stuff lately, where again there's these continuing implications that somehow Thailand is more dangerous with regard to sex offenses or something, or child sex offenses than any other jurisdiction. I don't think that's true at all, and I don't think people fully understand to what level people seriously have a problem with that here, okay? To the point that I think maybe the only thing "Big Tor" and "Big Joke", again the two arguably for their time biggest police officers in Thailand, there's probably only one thing they ever much agreed on I would think from policy standpoint and that is, "hey, we don't want people going after our kids", as evidenced by both of their actions during the time that they worked here.

The point I am trying to make here is look I'm tired of all this like, there's all this kind of constant condescension of Thailand, "oh it's a place where predators target young people or something". That's not how it works at all over here. And by the way, if you get on the wrong, you're going to be lucky if you are dealing with law enforcement in such a circumstance, because if you deal with some folks over here who aren't with law enforcement officially, you could have some serious problems if you are dealing with Thailand's children in an abusive way.

The only point I'm trying to make with regard to this is again, no matter what you hear in the press regarding disagreements within the police force etc., there are certain things that these guys all agree on fundamentally.
