As the title of this video suggests, it is basically just a quick video. I get a lot of emails and things, people will say "Hey, I have called a lot, nobody seems to pick up." We get a ton of calls. We don't do voicemail for a variety of different reasons. It just became, frankly it became counterproductive. We had to have somebody sitting around listening to them all, writing them down, then we would call back people and sometimes we'd already dealt with it. Sometimes it was a waste of time, various different things. 

Yes, we do conduct business with our clients by phone obviously, but the best way to get a hold of us, if you want a response quickly - and by quickly I mean within one business day of sending us something - send us by email:  [email protected], or [email protected]. Either one of those emails will send you directly to our firm. By the way, the affix on both of those, if you are dealing with anybody that has an affix in their email other than legal.co.th or integrity-legal.com, you're not dealing with somebody that's in our firm; so that's another one. Kind of as a scam alert, sort of sidebar to this video, as a scam alert, unfortunately there are people that seem to be continuing to impersonate me, as well as this firm online, and claiming all sorts of things like "oh you've gotten an inheritance and we're going to help you with this" and then people will actually send us an email directly and they will say, "is this person with you?" and we will say "no, and that's not even the name of our firm." etc., etc. Setting that aside though, the main point of this email is how best to get in contact with us. Email, it really is, and as I said, we get responses back out within one business day of you sending us an email. So that is the best way of getting in touch with us. Again very much appreciate the fact that I even have an audience with this channel after all these years. I always made these videos as kind of, I always thought of it as sort of a public access thing back in the US, but yeah, it's gotten bigger than I ever thought it would. I'm getting very appreciative of folks who watch this regularly and I am going to keep chunking out videos as best I can. 

As we have discussed in other videos, also my better half and I set up a restaurant here in downtown Bangkok, Pancake Palace is the name. As the name implies, breakfast anytime. Not just American breakfast, we have an English breakfast set on the menu too, as well as American Diner style food. It's not just breakfast food, we've also got hamburgers, cheeseburgers, chilli bowls, hot dogs, chilli dogs; we've got grilled cheese sandwiches, we have got Coke in glass bottles, now we have got tacos. Yeah, especially during the day our phones, we are always on them, and again we don't really do voicemail; it turned out to be counterproductive.
