As the title of this video suggests, we are discussing well New Year’s. I just wanted to and we at the firm here just wanted to tell everybody who watches this channel, Happy New Year.

I also wanted to say, and this is from the heart sincerely, thank you to everyone who does watch this channel. I never intended this channel to, when I built this, when we were first creating this, I never in a million years would have ever thought this thing would have had anything akin to a following. I am very grateful to the audience if you will, to the folks that watch this channel. In my mind it is just surreal almost to use the term ‘audience’ for just talking about some of the more boring topics of Law and Public Policy that are going on but it is very much appreciated, and this channel has helped support the firm lo these, what are we, 7 years now I have been doing this.
