As the title of this video suggests, well we are talking about Christmas. Merry Christmas everybody; very Merry Christmas, happy holidays to everybody out there. 

I just wanted to take a quick minute to make a video telling everybody Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas and also to say hey to folks that have been talking to me especially this last week as we have been closing out this year, if I seem a little curt or cantankerous, cantankerous is kind of my default mode but if I have seemed a little more short shrift than I usually am, it's because quite honestly we don't really take time off in any kind of block. We take Thai holidays and things, but quite frankly I usually end up still having to work on most Thai holidays to one degree or another. We tend to take a full week. Christmas, New Year, just take the time off. Folks here in the office need some time to unwind. 

Quite frankly, going into the New Year, the first 3 months in Thailand are always the hardest hitting months and then you have still got work through the rest of the year but it does kind of chill out a little bit especially in the low season, but coming back around to high season and then going into Christmas, it gets kind of hectic and look at the end of the day, if I do come off as cantankerous, I come by it honestly. We are trying our best to just assist folks as best we can, get these cases processed through and we will continue to do so into the New Year.
