As the title of this video suggests, we are wishing everybody a happy Thai New Year and it's at this point; I usually do a couple of these videos where I just talk to all the folks on the channel, all our clients here in the firm via this channel. 

First off, Happy Thai New Year. We're entering Songkran, just so you are aware, Friday of this week - I can't remember the date off the top of my head - but Friday of this week which I should be putting up this video before we go into Friday, we will be closed. We are going to be closed this following week for Songkran. I am still making videos and what not; we are still doing work here at the firm; I still have to deal with certain case load but as far as communication goes, this is one of the weeks, the other one being Christmas/New Year on the other side of the calendar back in December where yeah communication is going to be a lot more slow as we are not going to be physically in the office during this time period, and I need folks to understand we need it. The first quarter of the year is tough, is very tough here. We have to deal not only with certain matters of Thai Tax but you have also got the American Tax calendar coming around and it also just seems like if we are ever going to have problems in US Immigration, it always seems like the first quarter is when we are going to have them. The other problem that we seem to have when dealing with coming into the first quarter; I have often called it the "mean season"; my father called it that. People come off the holiday season, they spend a little bit too much money, then they are looking forward to their taxes. It is just not an overly pleasant time of the year and by the end of it as you can see me here, we are pretty exhausted. It is also the hottest part of the year in Thailand. If you can't tell I am melting like a snow cone in Phoenix up here. 

But the thing to understand, the thing to take away from this video is we are very appreciative of all of our clients; we are very appreciative of their patience and their cases; we are very appreciative of their business and we just want to wish you all a Happy New Year and let you know that hey we have had a rough first quarter as is pretty common. We do need this time to kind of relax and recharge myself included; our whole team here at Integrity we need a second to kind of regroup and then yeah we will get into a quarter two and the rest of the year thereafter.
