As the title of this video suggests, we are discussing Thai Wills. So these, again for those who are unaware, I mean obviously testamentary instruments, basically one's instructions with what to do with one's remains as well as one's property in the event of one’s passing. I decided to go ahead and make this video because I have been making videos just about things going into 2023. 

I don't see any major changes with respect to Will drafting in 2023. I think we will be doing much the same as we have been doing here in Thailand lo these past 15 years of assisting folks with Wills here in the Kingdom. Again as noted in prior videos, there are formalities in Thailand associated with Wills that may or may not exist in other jurisdictions most notably things like witness formalities can be a major issue associated with drafting of Wills here in the Kingdom of Thailand, so something to keep in mind. But again I don't think it's really going to be a massively different process for dealing with a Thai Will 2023 or any different than it has been the past few years. 

Those who may worry that in the coming year or so they may start to lose some of their cognitive abilities or they have some issues regarding competency in the future, probably a good idea to start looking at drafting a Will sooner rather than later if that is a concern.
