As the title of this video suggests, we are discussing Thai Retirement Visas and specifically we are discussing Insurance in the context of Thai Retirement visas. 

It now it is clear that regulations have been promulgated requiring those who are going to stay in Thailand in retiree status, to go ahead and obtain medical insurance in order to provide coverage for those folks while they are in the Kingdom. It now looks like from preliminary reports, and let me be clear, this video is simply to act as sort of a placeholder if you while we are actually looking into the full ramifications of this legislation of these regulations. As soon as we have more detailed information we will certainly be posting it to this channel and I will try to provide that as soon as possible.

For now, it looks as though those who are going to go ahead and seek Retirement Visas in the Kingdom in the future or extensions thereof, ever going to go ahead and need retirement insurance and as noted in previous videos on this channel, said Insurance can be provided by certain Insurance providers here in the Kingdom. 

It remains to be seen exactly what this insurance scheme is going to look like but I assure you that as soon as we have done the requisite due diligence and can provide some cogent analysis on this topic, I will be back on this channel to provide you with that information.
