As the title of this video suggests, we are discussing SHA Plus hotel booking and PCR test booking associated with travel inbound to Thailand. I have gotten a lot of correspondence from folks that are very concerned about this that depending on where they are coming from; where they are starting from, they are having issues booking their hotel and making certain that the PCR test requirements meet the standards associated with the Thailand Pass as well as just overall Immigration guidelines in order to enter the country. 

I am sure that I sound like a broken record with this and there may be some who kind of resent me saying it but the answer to this is going to depend on where you are coming from; how you are coming in and the circumstances of your arrival. We have definitely seen, I have had the head of our Thai Immigration division who has been dealing with a ton of cases and dealing with the Certificate of Entry all the way back to day one essentially and basically she has told me "look it is very circumstantially dependent. In certain circumstances it is quite streamlined, under other circumstances, it may even depend on the hotel; you may have issues getting all the documentation in order.” 

So for those who are out there that may find themselves having a bit of frustration and consternation as a result of this situation, it may not be a terrible idea to contact a legal professional, gain some insight and guidance into how best to proceed.
