Usually these sort of updates and blurbs, whatever you want to call them that we do on this channel with regard to Immigration are a bit dry and sometimes kind of somber if you will. That said this is a bit of a more kind of happy, lighter note sort of immigration video.

That said, I thought of making this video after reading a recent article from Khao Sod English, that is khaosodenglish.com, the article is titled: Thai Officer Shares lovely moment with American Tourist's 18-hour flight for 'Moo Deng'. Quoting directly: "The female Immigration Officer recounted that while she was on duty at the passenger checkpoint, Miss Molly," so this is apparently sort of an internet personality who is really into Moo Deng. Quoting further: ".. approached with a smiling face. She asked Miss Molly the usual questions about the duration of her stay and the purpose of her visit. The passenger replied, "I came to Thailand to see Moo Deng." I just like the directness; I want to see Moo Deng. Quoting directly: "Police Lance Corporal Pichaya said that at that moment, she was amazed that someone had traveled so far just to see Moo Deng. She found the passenger’s enthusiasm and during, and she spoke about Moo Deng with a happy expression and gleaming eyes, not seeming tired despite the long journey. She then quickly processed the Immigration check and said to Molly, "Enjoy Moodeng," which made both Molly and herself laugh together."

Candidly, the whole article is kind of cute and I urge those who are watching this video, go read it in detail; it does get into a little more detail. I read a lot of these Thai Immigration articles; it kind of makes one a bit dour. If you can't tell I'm oftentimes a bit dour in these videos because the subject matter is just kind of one that doesn't really sort of inspire a lot of joyfulness if you will. That said, it is good to see kind of a happy story with respect to Immigration and it is interesting to see Moo Deng making an impression even on the Thai Immigration apparatus here in the Kingdom of Thailand.
