Thailand Elite Card: Elite Family Excursion Membership

Transcript of the above video:

In this video today we are going to be discussing, as the title suggests, the Thailand Elite Card generally, but with specific emphasis on the sub-category entitled the Elite Family Excursion Membership. Some of the information we are going to be discussing here is taken directly from thailandelite.org which is the official website of the Thailand Elite Card Program we just figured we would do a video to kind of put some sort the emphasis on how the process works and the various subcategories which can provide some confusion to folks with respect to the benefits and privileges associated with each specific subcategory.

So again in this video, we are discussing the Elite Family Excursion Membership. The membership itself is slightly different to many of the other subcategories in that it requires at least two persons; this is specific to a couple. Two persons may or may not be related to one another presumably, but it deals with a person or two people. Membership validity: 5 years, additional validity for a period equal to the remaining term of the core member. Membership fee: B800,000 baht,  additional membership fee, 300000 baht, VAT included in each. Condition: non-transferable, non-refundable, privileged entry visa: renewable five-year multiple entry visa with extendable one-year length of stay per each entry, arrival and departure benefits, VIP greeting and escort on arrival and departure by Elite personal assistants; expedited immigration and passport control processing; exclusive arrival and departure lounges, complimentary short short-haul round trip limousine transfer 4 times per calendar year, from airport to residence or hotel within Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket as well as Samui, on international flights only; Complimentary Long Haul transfer service six times per calendar year on international flights only. Also included are government facilitation services, other benefits special discounts are things like that duty free, hotels, dining establishments, leading department stores, etc. And there is a contact center which utilizes English as well as various other East Asian languages to facilitate better communication between the members of this program and the program personnel itself. As stated in previous videos on this channel, the Elite Program can be a substantial benefit for those who are interested in staying in Thailand for long-term intervals and remaining here when they don't really qualify for any other specific non-immigrant Visa category such as the B Visa, the O Visa, the ED Visa,  the retirement visa etc. so it is a significant benefit; it's a benefit that has a substantial fee attached to it but it provides benefits that I think are rather commiserate with the fee being paid.
