As the title of this video suggests, we are discussing the Thai Visa Amnesty and well it appears that yes the Visa Amnesty extension has been approved. They have sort of retroactively allowed for status for folks that could not make the deadline previously set and now there is a new deadline. We are still putting together all the details on this. We will go ahead and submit a more detailed video for this channel, go ahead and publish that as soon as we can. 

Suffice it to say we can confirm now, yes it does appear that the Immigration Amnesty is going to be extended and it looks like the folks that did miss the last deadline of September 26th, you are apparently spared from falling into overstay. However as stated we are going to get into some further nuance on this in a forthcoming video.
