As the title of this video suggests, we are discussing Consular Services to be performed in Hat Yai, Thailand. I thought of making this video after reading a recent email from the US Embassy; I'm on their mailing list. 

Quoting directly: "US Embassy Bangkok, Thailand, May 2nd, 2024. The American Citizen Services Section will be providing Consular services in Hat Yai, Songkhla on May 15, 2024." We will try to find a screenshot from the US Embassy website with this message, put it up on screen but I'll just read it for now." from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM." So again that's May 15, 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, "Please note these services are limited to:

Minor passport renewals (DS 11);

First time adult passport (DS 11);

Adult passport renewal (DS 82), and

notary services."

So it is a rather truncated selection of services but note that folks that are Americans especially that are living down in the Deep South in the Hat Yai, Songklha area will be able to avail themselves of Consular Services without the need to come to Bangkok on May 15th of 2024.
