Transcript of the above video:

Boy I have got to tell you, I have not been real happy in my role as a US Immigration Attorney in the last roughly 2 months. Man this Administration is just inundating us with in my opinion really picayune and frankly it seems now, almost punitive, not only: I had a case filed recently - a couple of them now actually - where we filed the case and they rejected the G-28, but they accepted the case filing. And then obviously, the clients get upset about that because they don't know what's going on.

None of this happened during Biden; none of this happened during Obama. Don't get me wrong, I get elections have consequences and things but there is a protocol, and there were regulations in place for legal immigration - understand, this is legal immigration we're talking about - and now we're getting rejected filings. Again I've had filings accepted, but then they rejected the G-28, the Notice of Attorney appearance, and okay we went ahead and filed another one, I sent another one in and said, "hey this is me. By the way, I don't know what's the problem with the G-28." I'm starting to surmise, let me put it that way, that there may not be a problem; they are just making a problem. Now I actually had a case that we filed last week that they then sent back and rejected the filing stating that the payment method wasn't correct, notwithstanding the fact that I've been sending Bank Drafts to them for the better part of two decades without any issue and now they are coming up with an issue on that. Again, it doesn't look like they have a problem, to me it looks like they are making a problem.

And again, this is par for the course from this Administration. We saw it in the first Trump Administration. And again, I have been very vocal, and I am very happy that Mr. Trump takes illegal immigration as seriously as he does. My question is, why hassle the people that are trying to file and process legally, especially the ones who are waiting abroad, and meanwhile why nitpick over little things in order to reject filings? For what I surmise as non-meritorious reasons. Again, I understand that passions are high and thoughts are what they are regarding immigration at the moment, and again I am not against Mr. Trump's, it seems to me serious commitment to thwart illegal immigration, but with legal immigrants, I mean people that are following the law and doing things correctly, why put people through this? It doesn't seem, it's not only it's not right, but it serves no good policy function either.
