As the title of this video suggests, we are discussing USCIS approval of underlying petitions for a K-1 Fiancé Visa. For those who are unaware, I look at US Immigration as a two-phase process if you will; first phase being you are dealing with the Department of Homeland Security, second phase dealing with the Department of State. The culmination of the phase in which you're dealing with the Department of Homeland Security in matters pertaining to K-1 Fiancé Visas, culminates if you will with the issuance of an approved petition. They approve a petition for a K-1 Visa. 

That said, this is not the end of the road. Now you're going to have to start dealing with the National Visa Center who then has to send things - in the case of Thailand - to the US Embassy here in Bangkok, in order to undergo an interview before the actual Visa will be issued. So again, the issuance of an Approval Notice from USCIS is not the end of the road in the K-1 Fiancé Visa process.
