As the title of this video suggests, we are discussing vaccination requirements specifically COVID vaccination requirements and it does appear that starting in October these are going to have a practical impact on K-1 Visa processing as it does appear this is now going to be a requirement associated with the K-1 Visa. Now how exactly this is going to play out remains to be seen. This information has just come to our attention here roughly in the past 5 days so

I don't exactly know how this is going to play out. I do know that logistically this could have a substantial impact on overall processing. Now exactly what that impact looks like case by case is going to differ a lot. Long story short moving forward and before I get a barrage of emails from folks especially from my clients saying, "Well, can we just get the appointment in September?" Look appointments are backed up right now. We have done other videos on this. It is pretty difficult to get them. If you have got one locked in before October you are probably all right. If you don't, maybe there is a possibility some miracle may occur and you can get an appointment before October but I would not bank on that. That being said, stranger things have happened. Long story short, if you don't at least have an appointment now, presume you are going to have to deal with vaccination. It is probably just a good idea to think that because that is probably how it is going to play out. 

Long story short, this is going to end up becoming integral to the overall medical exam by the Civil Surgeons associated with dealing with the finalization of Visa issuance. As stated we don't know exactly how this is going to play out so we will keep you updated on this channel as the situation progresses.
