New Vaccination Requirements for Travel to the USA?

Transcript of the above video:

As the title of this video suggests, we are discussing vaccination requirements for foreign nationals traveling to the United States. I have done a number of videos on this topic including information about K-1 Visas, CR-1 Visas etc., K-3, IR-1 Visas as well but that is in the context of getting an Immigrant Visa. This is for folks for example that may have like a US Tourist Visa or another kind of visa but that are foreign nationals and I am going to go ahead and quote this. This is a press release from the US State Department, the US Department of State and it is titled: Updates on US Travel Policy Requiring Vaccination and it is from Ned Price, Department Spokesperson. Quoting directly: "Today the White House and CDC announced details of the new vaccination policy that will go into effect for international travelers on November 8th." November 8th, note the date. Quoting further: "As of that date foreign national air travelers to the United States will be required to be fully vaccinated and to provide proof of vaccination status prior to boarding an airplane to the United States."

There is a lot more in there and I am not going to drill down those deeper because that basically puts a fine point on it. Foreign nationals going into the US are now going to be required as of November 8, the time of this video is November 1, but they are going to be required to go ahead and get vaccinations in order to enter the USA. So something to keep in mind for those looking to travel to the United States, something to be aware of. Also with respect to having documentation for said vaccination, that will be a concern for those looking to travel to the United States moving forward.
