As the title of this video suggests, we are discussing Thai Business Visas. We are specifically discussing these types of Business Visas under the subcategory of folks who have a WP3 or WP1 Work Permit or work authorization letter.  

These are folks specifically who have been work authorized. We are not talking about folks who are coming in for teaching purposes. We are not talking about those who are coming in for general business purposes, exhibition, meetings etc., these are folks with work pre-authorization. This is currently the Business Visa that is being most prioritized during this COVID-19 phenomenon and the lockdowns and the restrictions associated therewith. 

It is now possible to obtain a Business Visa and a Certificate of Entry to come to Thailand but virtually all cases we are seeing that is going to only be possible in a Business Visa context with a WP3 work pre-authorization letter issued to somebody abroad or someone who has previously obtained a Work Permit, they may be able to gain access via a Certificate of Entry to Thailand in B Visa status utilizing their Work Permit as the basis for their entry. 

This is kind of the standard B Visa at least for the moment and this is probably what we are going to be looking at most folks entering Thailand in business status entering under for the foreseeable future.
