As the title of this video suggests, we are discussing Thai Visas from the Royal Thai Embassy in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

I have had the question come up as there are a number of folks that are generally, their center of gravity is here in Thailand who have been displaced these many months as a result of the response to COVID-19 and they have had to sort of make their abode over in Cambodia and a number of people have asked me "What Thai Visas are available from Cambodia?" Quite frankly there is a number of them. 

Just briefly, the most pertinent ones for this audience. I am quoting this from phnompenh.thaiembassy.org which is the official website of the Royal Thai Embassy in Phnom Penh. 1.1 Under Am I eligible to enter? They note medical, spouses, residents, Work Permit holders, possibly ED visas but as we have gone into in other videos, ED category is substantially truncated compared to what it once was; obviously diplomats, holders of Tourist Visas, Business Visas, O Visas, O-A and O-X as well as possibly holders of Elite Visas. So there are a number of visas available from Cambodia to come to Thailand. However it should be noted things like the Certificate of Entry is still required, certain aspects of insurance may be required. Meanwhile, quarantine at an Alternative State quarantine facility is still a requirement when coming into Thailand so it is not a walk in the park. It is not like it is easier to come from Cambodia over to Thailand but I wanted to make this video for those folks who are still over in Cambodia who may not be apprised of the Visa options they have available to come to the Kingdom of Thailand.
