We make these videos frequently presumptively for folks who are looking to apply for a Thai visa from a foreign country presumably. 

It should be noted that different Consulates and different Embassies process cases in a different way. This is sort of the inherent administrative discretion associated with each Consulate, with each Embassy, so what may work in one country may not work in another country. Meanwhile, even what may work in one Consulate in one country may not work in another Consulate in that country or at the Embassy of that country. 

The other thing to think of is different Consulates may or may not have the Consular jurisdiction to issue different categories of Visas so one category of visa for example a Business Visa, you may be able to get a Business Visa in one Consulate, you may not be able to get a Business Visa in another Consulate so these things vary and the process may vary.
