The Royal Thai Embassy in Manama, Bahrain

Transcript of the above video:

As the title of this video suggests, we are discussing the Royal Thai Embassy in Manama, Bahrain. The address is: Royal Thai Embassy, Villa No. 132, Road 66, Zinj Area, Block 360, P O. BOX 26475, Manama, Bahrain. The telephone number is: (+973) 1724 6242 or (+973) 1727 4142 or 3953 5113 (emergency line).

The thing to understand regarding these videos is we make these videos presumptively for folks who are looking to lodge a Thai Visa application at a Thai Embassy or Consulate abroad. It should be noted that different Embassies and different Consulates process cases in a different manner. Embassies and Consulates have a certain amount of administrative discretion with which to decide how they process cases so what may work one way in one post or one Consulate or Embassy may not work the same way at a different Consulate and Embassy.

We see a lot of folks who get confused by information they read online that says you do things one way but in point of fact, at a specific Embassy or Consulate you don't do things that way, you do it in a different way.

The other thing to understand is different Visa categories and different length of validity may or may not be available from post to post. So what may be possible to obtain, for example a Retirement Visa, in one post may not be possible to obtain that visa in another post and for example again using a Retirement Visa, it may be possible to gain a Visa for one year in one post and another post may say "no we only issue that for a 90-day validity".

So again things are going to vary from country to country and place to place even within one country if there is a large Thai mission there. The thing to understand is if you are feeling overwhelmed or confused about how to process such cases, it may be a good idea to go ahead and contact a legal professional in order to gain some insight and guidance into how best to proceed.
