This is a talk on the Remittance Tax in the US which will be applied to persons living in the US who transfer funds out of the US, which does not as yet pertain to all types of transfers.

A talk on tariffs whereby it seems that President Trump has come up with a new tariff idea whereby he plans to impose a hefty tariff on movies that are made outside the US which may prove to be difficult to oversee.

This talk is on the OECD which has been rejected by President Trump which therefore should imply that the OECD does not have any jurisdiction over US-Thai Amity Treaty Companies either.

The Trump Administration is looking at tariffs and Trade Taxes which hopefully, considering the long standing Treaty relationship between the US and Thailand, Thailand will not be overly impacted by fixed reciprocal taxes.
